Leo Barbera started Horizontal Holes in 1990 after he sold out American Augers, Inc. in 1989. Having accumulated extensive experience through designing, manufacturing, and troubleshooting horizontal earth boring problems, Leo decided to go into the contracting business. In the brief period between the time he sold out American Augers and started Horizontal Holes, Leo was involved with projects in Florida, Texas, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. With Horizontal Holes two of the significant projects he was involved with include the Clinchfield Coal Mine project and the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport project.

In this section of the site you will be able to access detailed descriptions of projects along with informative slideshows and videos, where applicable. Following is a list of past projects completed by Horizontal Holes.
